Why You May Need A FRM

Fleet Relationship Management (FRM) refers to practices, strategies and technologies that Mobile Tracking and Consulting Services uses to manage and analyze the customers’ Fleet Management System throughout the customer lifecycle, with the goal of improving customer service relationships and assisting in customer retention and satisfaction.

Through a set of pre-defined parameters established by the customer, Mobile Tracking and Consulting Services will monitor the customers’ Fleet Management System on a routine basis and make the necessary corrections and/or recommendations to insure the customers’ Fleet Management System is fully operational according to the set of parameters specified in the relationship.
